Three Oaks Engineering has conducted both large and small, comprehensive, biological inventories in areas such as the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest, Camp Butner National Guard Training Site, and the Sandyfield Biological Preserve in the outer coastal plain of NC.

Our  staff is intimately familiar with the appropriate regional taxonomic literature and possesses extensive field knowledge on identification and sampling methods for fauna and flora in both terrestrial and aquatic environments.
